Repair Workshop: Learn to Fix and Refresh Your Clothes
Join us for a hands-on Repair Workshop at Artisana in Winthrop Arcade, Cork City, and learn practical sewing skills to extend the life of your clothes.
In this relaxed and supportive session, you will learn the basics of hand sewing, including:
Essential hand stitches
How to patch holes and worn areas
How to sew on and replace buttons
Participants are encouraged to bring 2–3 garments that need repair. During the workshop, you’ll receive guidance and support to fix your own items while learning techniques you can use at home.
This workshop is ideal for beginners and anyone interested in sustainable fashion, reducing waste, and caring for their wardrobe.
